Credit Return Request

Every purchase is backed by our established return and claims policy. Any shortages or damages must be reported within 7 business days of delivery (as noted on every invoice), and return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery through our online form or by calling (860) 347-0299. Eligible items must be in resalable condition, in their original packaging, and include all inner packaging materials. Please note that food, coffee, beverages, and custom ordered or custom assembled furniture are not returnable, except in cases of defect or pulling error. If a request does not meet these guidelines, it will be referred to management for review.
